By using mmxcloud.ru you agree to these terms. If you purchase services, a separate order form and service description prevail for that relationship.

You may not probe, disrupt, or misuse the site; attempt unauthorised access; or use the site to violate applicable law. We may suspend abusive traffic at the network edge.

3. Intellectual property

Content on this site is owned by MMX Cloud or its licensors. Trademarks and logos may not be used without written permission except for fair nominative use.

4. Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, MMX Cloud disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from site use.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Amsterdam have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections apply. Commercial infrastructure services are additionally governed by your executed order form, SLA, and data processing agreement.
